FAMILY COURT

Family Court manages Domestic, Juvenile, and Department of Social Services cases.

 

Domestic cases consist of Divorces, Child Custody, Child Support, Name Changes, Alimony, Adoptions, etc.

​

Juvenile cases involve juvenile crimes, runaways, truancy, etc.

​

DSS cases deal with Abuse and Neglect of both Children and Vulnerable Adults, Foster Care, etc.
